{"id":17956,"date":"2021-04-16T00:54:15","date_gmt":"2021-04-16T00:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/?page_id=17956"},"modified":"2022-07-15T02:04:47","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T02:04:47","slug":"update-to-the-whiddon-beaudesert-star-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/comms\/update-to-the-whiddon-beaudesert-star-team\/","title":{"rendered":"Update to the Whiddon Beaudesert Star team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>16 April 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We wanted to provide you with an update on the flu vaccine at Whiddon Beaudesert Star.<\/p>\n<p>The Queensland Government has given a direction that after<strong>\u00a03 May 2021<\/strong>, you must have had the flu vaccine, if it is available to you, to enter an aged care facility in Queensland.<\/p>\n<p>Like last year, in line with this directive, as an aged care provider, Whiddon has an obligation to seek proof of annual immunisation from everyone, including both adults and children, who enter Whiddon Beaudesert Star after 3 May 2021.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently finalising a date for a staff flu vaccination clinic, which will be held before 30 April.\u00a0 We will provide a date once this has been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Until then, if you have an questions, please speak to Deb Waters.
