
{"id":25955,"date":"2023-02-24T11:35:10","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T00:35:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/comms\/?p=25955"},"modified":"2023-02-24T11:35:10","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T00:35:10","slug":"an-important-update-for-whiddon-grafton-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/comms\/an-important-update-for-whiddon-grafton-2\/","title":{"rendered":"An Important Update for Whiddon Grafton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear families and staff,<\/p>\n<p>Please be advised that our COVID-19 outbreak has been deemed closed by the Public Health Unit, all clients that had tested positive during this period are now recovering well.<\/p>\n<p>However over the last 24 hours 5 clients and 4 staff have experienced symptoms of gastroenteritis, as a precaution we will be isolating these clients until further testing results become available.<\/p>\n<p>The team continue to work with the Public Health Unit and we will keep everyone updated as changes occur.<\/p>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<p>Residents can have 1 nominated visitor per person for the duration of the exposure period, for essential visits only.<br \/>\n\u2022 All visits must be pre-booked with administration between the hours of 8.30am- 4.30pm.<br \/>\n\u2022 Visits must take place in the resident\u2019s room or an outside, well- ventilated area, only.<br \/>\n\u2022 Face shields and masks are to be worn for the duration of the visit.<br \/>\n\u2022 Visitors must sign-in, take their temperature, complete a negative RAT test and wear an N95 mask and shield to enter.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Further updates will be provided in due course.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear families and staff, Please be advised that our COVID-19 outbreak has been deemed closed by the Public Health Unit, all clients that had tested positive during this period are now recovering well.
