{"id":27658,"date":"2025-01-02T07:28:19","date_gmt":"2025-01-01T20:28:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/comms\/?p=27658"},"modified":"2025-01-02T07:28:21","modified_gmt":"2025-01-01T20:28:21","slug":"urgent-message-for-whiddon-easton-park-taylor-house-families-friends-representatives-1-1-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/comms\/urgent-message-for-whiddon-easton-park-taylor-house-families-friends-representatives-1-1-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Urgent message for Whiddon Easton Park (Taylor House) Families, Friends &#038; Representatives 2\/1\/2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Families, Friends &amp; Representatives of Taylor House,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please be advised that Whiddon Taylor House currently has x 3 residents with confirmed COVID-19 cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Straughen 2 Wing has two resident cases and is in &#8216;outbreak&#8217; status<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Christie 1 Wing a single resident case and is in exposure status<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visiting may still occur during this period, restricted to resident rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors are required to follow our safety precautions including:\n<ul>\n<li>RAT to be attended on entry and N95 mask to be applied prior to visiting Straughen 2<\/li>\n<li>Regular handwashing and use of hand sanitisers are strongly encouraged. Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the care home.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate social distancing whenever possible. Visits should be conducted in resident rooms or on balconies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>All visitors are encouraged to consider postponing any visits if they are unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
