Dear Easton Park employees, <\/span><\/p>\n

Access to Raines House (levels 2 and 3) is restricted to authorised Whiddon employees only<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We wish to remind everyone of the important new program launching shortly at Raines House, with the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Women\u2019s Community Shelter occupying levels 2 and 3. Please be reminded that access to levels 2 and 3 is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>strictly restricted to authorised team members only. Raines House will be the home for the women living there, so please respect it as such.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Raines House <\/span>is not to <\/span>be used as a thoroughfare between buildings, and no unauthorised access is<\/span> permitted<\/span> u<\/span>nder any circumstances. This restriction applies to all Easton Park and Support Services employees. <\/span><\/p>\n

We appreciate your<\/span> cooperation with these guidelines<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note: the Men\u2019s Shed and Home Care Social Group areas on Level 1 (ground floor) can be<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>accessed via their entrances around the back of Raines House only – there is no access via the lift or internal<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>stairs from level 2 or 3.<\/span><\/p>\n

Smoking Area update<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Please note that the designated team member smoking area for the Easton Park campus is located behind the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>BBQ area near the carpark. There is to be<\/span> no<\/span> smoking <\/span>in the <\/span>area at the side of Raines House, near the laundry.<\/span><\/p>\n
