The handbook is an important resource, providing information about our purpose and values, approach to care, code of conduct, and practical details such as accommodation, safety, security and medical care at Whiddon.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, you\u2019ll also find updates on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aged Care Quality Standards<\/li>\n<li>The new Statement of Rights<\/li>\n<li>Complaints and feedback processes<\/li>\n<li>Our commitment to clinical governance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can access the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whiddon.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/190717-Whiddon-Resident-Handbook-v251112_web-2.pdf\">digital version of the handbook here<\/a>.
