The 2016 NSW Seniors Festival marks 58 years and continues to set the benchmark as the biggest event program for seniors in the southern hemisphere.

The 2016 Seniors Festival theme, Grow Young, is about celebrating our seniors for their energy, experience and unique ability to know who they are, and what makes them happy. No matter what your age, it’s never too late to grow – to learn, to laugh and to be inspired.

The Whiddon Group will celebrate the NSW Seniors Festival with a range of events and activities between 1-10 April 2016. Come and visit us at the following events:

April 1st

South Grafton Active & Outrageous Seniors Expo

Seniors from the Clarence Valley and beyond are invited to a great day out with information and entertainment from community service and aged care providers, local businesses, seniors and sporting groups, education facilities and creative arts groups.

Be outrageous at our Morning Tea!

Seniors and their 12 to 25 year-old grandchildren will set off on a walk from Memorial Park, down Princes St to Market Square. You can come and have a chat to us from 10:00am at our Market Square stall and get your hands on some information about our services at Whiddon Grafton, Whiddon Maclean and Whiddon Community Care. Stay for some face painting, croquet, boules and live entertainment!
