Care Management

At Whiddon, we have a minimum amount of Care Management that each Home Care Package client requires per month. For example, a Level 1 requires 1 hour a month, a Level 2, 2 hours a month, a Level 3, 3 hours per month and a Level 4, 4 hours per month.

If you are eligible for Home Care Package, your out of pocket expenses will equal your costs minus amount subsidized by the government. You can add or remove services to suit your budget.

If you’re looking for extra support to stay living safely and independently at home, our Living Safely at Home plan is the right place to start. This plan is here to make sure you have the daily care and support you need to live well at home. Our base plan includes core aged care support services like housekeeping, cooking and meals and grocery shopping, and extras to help you stay well, like exercise and mobility. Like all of our plans, you can add or remove services you want and change the amount and frequency to suit you.
