Whiddon’s Community Care services are here to help you stay living safely and independently in your own home. These services are provided by dedicated, experienced and qualified staff and range from help with domestic tasks and housework, preparing tasty meals and shopping for groceries, to assisting you to access your community with transport options. Community Care services include care provided under a subsidised Home Care Package or services that are accessed and paid for privately.
Whiddon has 18 residential aged care facilities across regional, rural and remote New South Wales, each offering wellbeing and lifestyle services, nursing and health care and dementia care services. No matter the size of our homes, we have a strong Whiddon experience based around helping our residents live how they want to live, and stay connected to the people, activities and communities that are important to them.
Our retirement villages offer a safe, secure and affordable choice for your retirement. Whiddon’s retirement villages offer a maintenance free lifestyle where you have the support of our team and the village community, yet are able to enjoy your retirement in your own home.
Respite care provides short-term care for older people. Respite care may be for a few days or a few weeks, depending on what you and your family need. At Whiddon, we offer a range of respite care options, including hourly, day or overnight respite in your own home, or longer respite care in one of our residential homes.
