What our employees say about Whiddon
Whiddon supported my relocation and allowed me to continue my career while becoming part of a welcoming community”
Josephine Teodoro
Assistant in Nursing
Wee Waa
Josephine's story
I joined Whiddon Easton Park in April 2020 and have grown both personally and professionally since then. With strong support from my manager, Executive, and People and Culture team, I have been able to build a stable and continuous career while also being supported in my employment journey in Australia, which has given me confidence and stability to focus on my development.
Whiddon also supported my relocation from metro Sydney to Wee Waa, allowing me to continue my career while becoming part of a new and welcoming community.
I choose to stay at Whiddon because of the genuine care, warmth, and sense of belonging I experience from both residents and colleagues. I find it deeply meaningful to support residents as if they were my own family.
I also appreciate the growth opportunities I’ve been given, including moving from a nursing role into an Admin Assistant position, which has strengthened my skills and broadened my experience when I was in Easton Park.
“Working at Whiddon I've witnessed first-hand dedication to providing exceptional care to their residents.”

"I’ve felt genuinely supported, especially through opportunities like the Scholarship Program that helped me grow and give back to others"
Jonti Brown
Senior Home Care Coordinator
Glenfield Home Care
Jonti's story
I have been working at Whiddon for the past three years, and during that time I have felt genuinely supported and valued as part of the organisation. My experience at Whiddon has allowed me not only to grow in my role, but also to build confidence and skills that have helped me contribute more meaningfully to the team and to staff I work alongside.
One of the most significant highlights of my time at Whiddon has been being supported through the Whiddon Scholarship Program to complete my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This opportunity meant a great deal to me, as it allowed me to further develop my role and step into providing training and guidance to other staff. Being able to support their learning, share knowledge, and help people feel more confident in their work has been incredibly rewarding.
What I value most about Whiddon is the genuine commitment to staff development. The organisation recognises potential and actively invests in its people, which makes a real difference in how supported you feel at work. My journey at Whiddon has been a very positive one, and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given to grow, learn, and give back
