ABOUT THE ROLE
An new and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Community Care Coordinator to join our fantastic team in the Hornsby region on a permanent full-time basis. This position will be based out of Hornsby, however travel throughout the Hornsby Region is essential for this role.
If you are passionate about improving the quality of life of the elderly and people with a disability and you would like to work with a professional organisation that recognizes the contribution of staff through its education and support programs then this position is for you.
