With the festive season just around the corner, we are asking you to please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to take your loved one out for Christmas. This allows our team to prepare for residents going out, so we can help to make this experience as enjoyable as possible.
Also, we do remind you that visits must be pre-booked, including on weekends. This is important as we need to ensure that there is only a certain amount of visitors at one time, and that all families have the opportunity to visit. We have one hour bookings, please do call our team to make your booking. This is much appreciated.
