NDIS provides financial support for those living with a disability who require extra support.
The care and services that you access through NDIS are designed with you to suit your needs and goals. There are no lock-in contracts, we offer month-to-month, prepaid and one-off service options.
You can choose to self-manage your plan, or have your plan managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Ultimately, we want you to be in control of your services and funding so that they align with your goals. Read more about Self-Managed Packages and Fully-Managed Packages to support you.
If you are a NDIS participant, you may have funding available to support you for the services we provide. If you are not a NDIS participant, Whiddon can offer no lock-in contracts and affordable pricing to provide the services that matter most to you.

Yes! If you are not covered by NDIS, you are still able to access our services. You can read more about this here.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was introduced in 2013. The scheme is overseen by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and allows individuals with a permanent and significant disability to access government funding.
The funding goes directly to your plan, to allocate spending on the services you need from a provider of your choice.
Generally the service is for you, as you hold the NDIS package and services are in place to assist you. If you live with family, and there are communal spaces within a home that are used by all members of the family, these will be cleaned as part of your NDIS package.
The service time will depend on your individual needs, the services that you are receiving and the funding available in your NDIS Plan.
Service time will vary between each person, depending on your goals and funding available. These could be from 1 hour to 6 hours of service.
Yes you can receive all services on the same day. This is all dependent on your NDIS Plan and the available funds available to support your goals.
