Dear Families, Friends and Representatives,

Please be advised renovation plans for the week commencing 20/02/23, we do expect some further noisy works – jack hammering in the kitchen removing existing tiles, this will again be completed intermittently with ceased works during meal time.

Important update for Whiddon Kyogle

Dear families,

We wish to advise that Whiddon Kyogle will not have a polling booth onsite as has been previously provided in the past years.

This means all families need to be aware they are required to make voting arrangements for their loved ones ie; the following options:

  1. Arrange to have your loved one taken to a local polling booth
  2. Arrange postal voting
  3. Remove your loved one from the electoral roll
  4. Opt to pay the fine associated with not voting

We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

An Important Update for Whiddon Grafton

Dear families and staff,

Please be advised that our COVID-19 outbreak has been deemed closed by the Public Health Unit, all clients that had tested positive during this period are now recovering well.

However over the last 24 hours 5 clients and 4 staff have experienced symptoms of gastroenteritis, as a precaution we will be isolating these clients until further testing results become available.

The team continue to work with the Public Health Unit and we will keep everyone updated as changes occur.

Please note:

Residents can have 1 nominated visitor per person for the duration of the exposure period, for essential visits only.
• All visits must be pre-booked with administration between the hours of 8.30am- 4.30pm.
• Visits must take place in the resident’s room or an outside, well- ventilated area, only.
• Face shields and masks are to be worn for the duration of the visit.
• Visitors must sign-in, take their temperature, complete a negative RAT test and wear an N95 mask and shield to enter.
