You would have received a message from us yesterday with some good news about the return of visitation from 11 October. Following us sending this message, we received an influx of requests for bookings of visits.
To facilitate these requests as best as we can and, to make the booking process easier for families, we ask that you book in your visiting by phoning our team during business hours, Monday to Friday. We thank you for your patience as we accommodate these bookings as best as we can.
In addition, we have opened up bookings at designated booking times (below) from Monday – Friday only at this stage, to ensure we can adhere to capacity limits at any one time. Please note that we are not booking in recurring visits at this stage, so we can ensure everyone has an opportunity to visit their loved ones. We do hope to increase these booking options very soon.

- 10.30am – 11.30am
- 1pm – 2pm
- 3.30pm – 4.30pm
