Important considerations

It is important that we stay vigilant to help protect our residents, employee and visitors. Please delay your visit if you are feeling unwell, have been around someone who is unwell and check to see if you have been to any locations of concern before you visit. If you do need to visit, please ensure you wear a mask, practice good hand hygiene and stay 1.5m from others. All visits must be booked prior.

Vaccinations

All visitors and staff entering a residential aged care facility should be required to provide evidence that they received a dose of the 2021 influenza vaccination. There are some exemptions which are outlined in the influenza vaccine medical contraindication form. This will be in effect until 30 September 2021.

As we are endeavouring to protect your vulnerable loved ones, we do encourage you to have the relevant COVID-19 vaccine as determined by the Department of Health. It is an important way that we can protect everyone in our family.

Case conferences

If you wish to discuss your loved ones care at anytime, we encourage you to do so and book an appointment with the Director Care Services.

Next update
