On behalf of all of us at Whiddon Redhead, we hope you are well. While we will always update you if anything changes around visitation or COVID-19 restrictions, we want to provide you with a general update on Whiddon Redhead.
While some regions in NSW have come out of stay-at-home Orders, the Lake Macquarie region still remains under the Orders, and as such, NSW Health advice remains that we are unable to permit visitors at this time, unless under exceptional circumstances, permitted in line with NSW Health advice. This will need prior approval.
We understand that this is a difficult time and we want you to know that our teams are working hard to keep you connected to your loved ones through phone and video calls wherever possible. We also have our new app, Whiddon Connect, that we encourage you to download. You can book in video chats with your loved one on this app by contacting our team.
