A heads up from the team, shift bidding pilot at Redhead. We wanted to make sure you heard this from us directly. From the third week of June, we are running a pilot at Redhead to test a new way for employees to see and apply for available shifts through Humanforce.
This is a Redhead-only pilot at this stage. Nothing is changing at your home right now. The purpose of the pilot is to test the process in one location first, listen carefully to employee feedback, and understand what works and what may need to be refined. Any learnings from Redhead will be considered before any decisions are made about what happens more broadly.
We will communicate with you again before anything changes at your site, and what we share will reflect what we actually heard and learned from Redhead. If you have Questions in the meantime, please speak to your manager.
