Dear Residents and Families,
We would like to let you know that San Erathange, our Clinical Services Manager (CSM) at Whiddon Moree, has resigned from his position and will be relocating back to Queensland.
San’s final day with us will be Monday, 21 September 2026.
San has been a valued member of the Moree team, providing leadership, clinical knowledge and guidance to our care staff, while always keeping the wellbeing of our residents at the centre of what we do.
I would personally like to thank San for his support, leadership and contribution to Whiddon Moree. His knowledge and guidance have been greatly appreciated, and he will certainly be missed by our team.
During this transition, Lisha Paul will be stepping into the Acting Clinical Services Manager role while we recruit a suitable applicant for the permanent position.
We would also like to welcome Sumi Khadka, who will be stepping into Lisha’s role during this period. We look forward to supporting both Lisha and Sumi as they take on these responsibilities and continue to provide leadership and support to our residents, families and care team.
Please join us in thanking San for everything he has contributed during his time at Moree and wishing him all the very best as he returns to Queensland and begins his next chapter.
