Dear residents and families,
I am writing to inform you it has been identified that a few rooms in Taylor House require full renovations. As per current vacancies, room 19 and 20 in Coates Wing and Room 33 in Straughan 2 have been put forward for the full renovations.
The work will commence on Wednesday, 14 October 2026. The works are expected to take approximately one month.
During this time, there may be increased contractor movement and noise in the affected areas. Additional monitoring will be in place, and outings, outdoor activities, out of room monitoring and other similar activities will be arranged for residents who may be closely impacted.
