Dear Families, Friends, and Representatives,
COVID-19 cases are continuing to decrease in the community. Given this, we are updating our infection control and prevention strategies.
Our updated requirements for visiting are below, and will be effective from Monday, 25th March 2024:
- Routine mask-wearing will no longer be required. Masks will only be required during outbreaks, or if people choose to wear masks as a preventative measure.
- Twice-weekly rapid antigen testing for employees, contractors, and visitors. We will review RA testing in a further 2 weeks if community transmission rates continue to decline.
- If you are unwell, please do not visit. People experiencing respiratory symptoms should stay away from our services until their symptoms reside.
Handwashing, respiratory hygiene, and other infection control preventative measures should always be followed.
Thanks for your ongoing efforts to keep our residents, staff, and yourselves safe.
We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.
