We expect the issue to be resolved by midday tomorrow, however, will update you if there is any change to this timeframe. Phones are currently being diverted to a mobile phone so that you can still call reception.

Please be advised that Whiddon Maclean is currently experiencing an active COVID-19 Outbreak.
Please be assured that you will still be able to visit your loved ones during the outbreak. In line with advice from the Public Health Unit, visitors will be required to take Rapid Antigen Testing before entry and will be required to wear N95 masks and full PPE.
Visitations may only occur in your loved one’s room.
We will provide a further update if anything changes.

Please be advised that the COVID-19 Exposure at Whiddon Easton Park, Taylor House – Straughen Level 1 has been declared closed.
Normal visiting arrangements will remain in place, with everyone requested to complete a daily RAT before entering the Home and to continue to wear a mask please.
We thank everyone for their support and understanding whilst our staff managed this Exposure.
