Update for all Whiddon Employees 13 02 2024

Dear team,

The community transmission of COVID-19 remains high across NSW and QLD. The current health advice is that all employees and visitors should continue to wear masks during periods of high community transmission.

For everyone’s safety, Whiddon will continue to require employees and visitors to wear surgical masks at all times and complete daily rapid antigen tests.

We will continue to review these requirements as the community transmission levels change.

Please continue to follow infection prevention guidelines to assist in managing the spread of COVID-19:

  • Stay home if you have cold or flu symptoms.
  • Stay up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • As we start to approach the winter season, boost your protection by also planning for your Flu vaccination
  • Continue hand washing and good respiratory hygiene practices
  • Ensure you are wearing your mask correctly, covering both your nose and mouth.

Thank you for your ongoing patience and support.

Warm Regards,

Alyson Jarrett (DCEO)
