As you’ll see in the reports, Whiddon’s award-winning Relationship Based Care Program enables us to provide tailored care for our residents and clients. Every year we measure our RBC index, where residents and clients rate us against a number of RBC measures. This year we received a rating of 94% for RBC, which is up 4% on last year. This result is testament to the amazing work you all do each and every day to support our residents and clients.
Our three True Colours Reports are released annually and include Provider Performance, Governance and Consumer Outcomes.
