The Whiddon Group has partnered with Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living (MCSL) for the very first time to host the Kitchen Table Masterclass Seniors Event, a fun cooking, educational and social group in celebration of the NSW Seniors Festival.

The free event will offer older people in the community the chance to meet new people, learn new skills and gain nutritious and tasty recipe and cooking tips.

The Kitchen Table Masterclass is part of Whiddon’s VintageBites healthy and creative ageing program that aims to create a sense of community and combat social isolation and loneliness for older people.

Karn Nelson, Director Research said this event is part of Whiddon’s efforts to keep people connected in their communities.
