Whiddon’s former Retirement Village in Yamba is currently closed as we prepare for an exciting redevelopment of the site.
The original village is being transformed to provide modern, supportive retirement living options designed to meet the needs of today’s retirees.
We are currently finalising planning and approvals to ensure the new village reflects the highest standards of quality. Construction is expected to commence in late 2026 / early 2027, and we look forward to sharing updates as the Village comes to life.
