Rapid Global Contractor Compliance

Working at Whiddon as a Contractor or Sole Trader

Whiddon uses Rapid Global to meet new Aged Care Act requirements and strengthen contractor compliance management. All contractors and sole traders must ensure their business and their workers who provide services for Whiddon are correctly registered and compliant in Rapid Global.

What this means:

  • All businesses wanting to provide contracted services to Whiddon must register in Whiddon’s Rapid Global including all workers who provide services.
  • Workers, including sole traders, must sign in and out when attending a Whiddon site or service.

Contractor and Sole Trader Requirements

  • Register your business and all workers in Rapid Global.
  • Use the Rapid Global email link to register if you are new to the system.
  • Upload all required compliance documents, e.g. insurances, licences, etc.
  • Workers – add all workers to Rapid Global. See the “How to Add Workers” guide below.

Worker Requirements

  • All workers of contractors must be registered and compliant in Rapid Global.
  • Workers must complete assigned onboarding training requirements.
  • Workers include sole traders and any individual who provides services to Whiddon.
  • Workers must sign in and out at every visit via
    • The Rapid Kiosk at reception or
    • Rapid Go or
    • Rapid QR code
  • Home Care contractors must enter the name of each worker delivering Home Care services on behalf of Whiddon into the Supplier Confirmation portal.
  • Contractors can upload documents on behalf of workers. See the guide link below.

What happens if you are not registered or compliant in Rapid?

Businesses or workers who are not fully registered and compliant in Rapid Global may not be approved to work at Whiddon.
